amazing, amazing, amazing
I had a fantastic time with the room occupancy since we were upgraded to a Standard Double Room, No Window, which was spacious and comfortable. The lounge area was a highlight for me, offering free snacks, drinks, and even arcade games to relax and unwind. The hotel's location was a perfect base for exploring, close to numerous attractions and transport options.

the room was absolutely tiny, I couldn’t move at all. cleaniness was subpar, and the mouldy smell was delightful—what a treat! I expected a room upgrade after dealing with the inadequacies, but apparently that’s too much to ask. I nearly gave a good review, but just couldn’t bare the thought.

Bathroom design feels disjointed with separate cubicles for the toilet and shower!!! Laundry facilities were out of order upon arrival, which added stress and extra costs to my trip!!!

I had a fantastic stay with clean and beautifully designed rooms. They surprised me by storing my luggage before check-in. The gaming area and snack bar were awesome for chill time, really unique touches! Just a heads up, the room felt a tad small, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

The location's unbeatable, right by Ximending with a sheltered walkway to the MRT! The free snack bar is a total win. The staff's super chill and friendly! Really enjoyed the spacious bathroom too.
